One or two widely scattered showers for the central Rockies otherwise sunshine will abound across the western US. Rain and snow showers likely Great Lakes and New England. Rain showers stretched out ahead of a cold front from the Great Lakes to Oklahoma. Mostly sunny from southern California thru the Gulf Coast states to the Carolinas. Much warmer most of the eastern half of the nation next few days… especially by this weekend.
